STEP 1 - Initiate Contact

The first step is for you to contact PC Graphix for a "no-cost" needs assessment.  We'll discuss the type of website you need (informational, e-commerce or combination of both), scope of the project, your goals, target audience, etc.

Step 2 -  Proposal & Contract

Based on the information collected from you, PC Graphix will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the total cost & scope of the project.  

We'll then review the proposal together so that the finer details can be worked out.  From that review, a Final Contract will be drawn up and submitted for your review.

Once you have a contract in hand, you can solicit other quotes so that you can compare the features & pricing with other web design firms.

Step 3 - Project Initiation

Once you've selected PC Graphix as your web developer, simply sign the contract & submit a down payment to commence the project.

Step 4 - Information Gathering 

Information to be used in your website will be gathered.

Your domain name will be registered (if one has not already been obtained).

Step 5 - Design Phase

Design comps (e.g., graphical compositions that detail what your website will look like) will be drafted for your review.

Once a graphical design is agreed upon, that theme will be applied consistently throughout your website.

A draft of the website will be uploaded to a temporary internet address so that you may review its progress & provide feedback at anytime during the project.

Step 6 - Project Completion

Once the website nears completion, you'll have the opportunity to submit a final punch list identifying any final changes to the website.  Once the website has met your expectations, final payment will be collected.

Now your website will "go live" meaning anyone in the world will be able to access it using your domain name.

Step 7 - Website Maintenance

Having changes made to your website is easy.  Simply submit your requests via email and PC Graphix will promptly incorporate them.  Your contract will outline the maintenance fees that will be assessed.
